  Always a line no matter what time you go. Try going at 9, 10, 11, 2, 3, 4, whenever and always a line so I'm forced to waste 3 hours of my time here. And people that work there are very rude. You try to be nice and talk to them and half the time they ignore you. Its a joke lol

  There are 17 people at the office and 2 cashier's working when there are 4 stations. I had to come here since I ordered my city sticker by mail but did not get it. So I had to stop by with an affidavit to state I didn't receive it. While I'm here there are a couple of people frustrated. I think it is also because the place is small, the client are is about 9 feet wide and 23 feet long. About ten minutes in now there's are 24 people inside and it's hot and still only 2 registers open. It's 1220 and even if one went to lunch why are there 2 registers closed. Someone just said he got sent here from another location and here they told him to go to a third location. One of the cashier's has been on the phone for the last 5 minutes. While all this is happening it's getting hot in here because of the many people. A woman got here at 1222 and after 10 minutes she still logging in and there is a man who is just walking around. So in other words they don't care how long we are here for. Michelle took care of me she is the one that got back from lunch. Hope they get better at this specially during busy hours.
