- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I went here one day to open an account. There was nobody ready to acknowledge me, and I wasn't sure what to do, so I asked a personal banker what I should do. She asked me to sit down. So, I sat. I sat for 25 minutes without any further acknowledgement. I wouldn't have minded waiting if someone had simply said "Sorry for the wait! Be with you soon." As I waited, I noticed that there were a couple of personal bankers at their desks, not helping people. None of them acknowledged me at all. I gave up, and simply left. Imagine if that's how a person is treated who is trying to start an account, how do they treat people who are customers?By Epiphany Paris, March 05, 2017
