- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Published branch phone number does not work it only says "the person you are attempting to reach is unavailable" HUH?! It's a bank full of employees. I have no way of calling bank branch. Very frustrating and poor business practice. I have called the national Citibank customer service and complained but the problem is never remedied.By MiAngel Cody, February 28, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Outright Disgraceful..... I Put a $160.00 in the Bank Last Monday at 4am in the morning. I was not giving Credit.. So I went to this Branch at 10:30am when it opened.. Manager Found that the ATM was in error...It is the weekend No Money in the Account and no Credit.. (You Explain it!!!) I Have so much attached to this account, when things settle I will drop this account and Never recommend them, and become an Advocate against them.....By Andre Hart, February 20, 2017
