  This particular branch of Chase leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know what variables are at play, but I'm always astounded by how slow and empty-handed this branch is with relation to their staffing; or a lack thereof. Unfortunately, this is the closest branch in relation to my home and now I'm thinking about travelling to another location just so that I can receive some form of efficient service. Often times, I wait for at least 20-25 minutes just to make a transaction with a teller. Regardless of the time of day, I'm always left to find one teller servicing a lobby space of multiple customers. Chase really needs to clean house with the leadership team that currently runs this branch. Almost every other time I come into their lobby space to do business, I always catch the end of a heated dispute between a representative and a customer because of appointments that had been missed and/or a complete disregard for customer service.

  Bed bugs in the couches. Too many people in and out for there to be unclean and sanitize couches and such a long wait
