- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The CTA they gave me randomly stopped responding at 7pm on a Friday. I called customer service immediately and was notified that not only would I not be reimbursed for paying out of pocket for the rest of my commute, but will have to pay for a new card to last me until Monday (while simultaneously paying my for the card that no longer works) to travel across the city on Monday, just to pay them $5 more dollars for a new card. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely garbage service. How can we not receive a paper copy of a monthly pass? I bought one for $200 on the app thinking it would be more convenient and I have lost my phone and now lost $200 as well. I will never buy Metra tickets through Ventra ever again.
