- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Went today to get my replacement card with my new last name I was actually dreading the wait since all the reviews kept saying it was a very long wait! To my surprise it was actually not bad was in and out within 30minutes parking is horrible do, mainly with people thinking they can just be in the middle of the parking lot to drop off people in the front door I think they should have someone out there telling them they must move not only do they do that but also take their sweet time SMH. The representative that I got was also very nice did have a bit of an attitude but who wouldn't after hearing how some people talk to them!By Yesenia Reynoso, May 22, 2017
