- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Usually this is a great store with great people, but the usual folks were not there today. Instead, I was universally treated poorly today by all three of the off-brand clerks, not a smile, not a concern, frowns all around. I was half-heartedly helped by one clerk then sent to restart with another, and then a third came over to half-heartedly and offer his half-thought-through poor advice. And I waited forever, as they let other customers jump in front of me despite my notation of the fact. I expect the customers to be jerks, but these clerks sign-on to team jerk. Maybe something is wrong with the day for them, the day after Memorial Day, but that was truly an unnecessarily long and disappointing experience. I waited an unusual 20 minutes for one small box. I was thinking about discontinuing my service and now my decision in made. Why should I pay extra to be treated so poorly?By Bonnie Harrison, May 14, 2017
