- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My family and I have been with this bank for many years now. Since it first started. I have never had any issues with them. Not regarding my money and not with customer service. The only time there was an issue was when my money was spent (not by me). This can happen with any bank. God is merciful because I was able to cancel all transactions made. The bank wasn't helpful in all honesty. I was told to report it to the police and file a report with TCF Bank. But I know friends that have had this issue with other "better" banks. Either way my dependence is on God. No bank can protect and provide like God does.By Beatriz Rodriguez, July 06, 2017
