- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆All along, I thought bank will provide good service till I entered this bank. That time, I just arrived Chicago and really need the bank's help for utilities application. Although the junior staff tried to help, she was stopped by her unfriendly senior female staff. The senior staff refused to help at all although the utilities staff gave us some instruction through the phone. Very disappointed!!! After that, I tried Pacific Global Bank at next door instead. The staff at Pacific Global Bank are much more professional and friendly than her! Most importantly, I got my things done!By A Google User, April 15, 2017
