  Daniel is a criminal literally! Micheal Mazursky who works for him, doesn't have a clue to what he's doing. He'll take your loans if you're brokering them and not pay you. Or tell you you're getting this and tell your client to pay outside the closing. Micheal who tries to do everything there, has no idea about how loans get put together, or what lenders they deal with are looking for. He wasted so many loans I gave him, because he just sent to one lender only, and had no idea of their guidelines. He's also a Dirtbag beyond!

  I had a very diffcult real estate investment deal going and did not have enough liquid to close the deal. I heard about Daniel and Private Lending Group and decided to give them a try. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!! Not only was a deal like this unheard of, It was never done. Dan MADE it work!!!!!!
