  My daughter is constantly having issues with this bank. How her available balance of $402.00 & she can't by a laptop from Wal-Mart? Where they do that at? I ly at PNC.

  Ratchetttttt I came in at 3:30 to open a bank account and they told me they wasn't taking no one else like wtf I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone don't go there if you don't have to

  I would rate it zero star if I can. The worst bank I have ever been to. No one would even take notice of you unless you wait for at least  half an hour. (They were not even assisting anyone else, just staring at the computer or chatting.) The receptionist (who turned out to be a banker) was on personal calls in her office laughing. After more than an hour finally got to open an account, just to find they not only failed to apply the promotion code I provided, but also opened a completely wrong type of account. The banker promised to correct it using the excuse of 'the other office is closed' and said she would call me to update, but I never heard back from them again. Finally had to call back this branch after 3 weeks, got ignored again by being placed on hold forever while I could still hear them laughing in the background. They eventually only took a message saying 'a banker will call back soon' and of course no one called back. The issue is still unresolved and I am closing my account now. Such a huge waste of time. Just go somewhere else. These people do not worth your time.
