- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are great until you need to file a claim. Do business with this company if : You like being placed on hold for 30+ minutes as the norm. You like being continually transferred to people who are on vacation, even after you tell the customer service person that you were just transferred to that person. If you hate communication, this company does not communicate at all with you! But, they do offer to let you leave a message and someone will contact you back within 2 days! Now, imagine having to go through this after your loved one just died. My loved one died over 30 days ago ! So far the only thing I have been able to accomplish with Fidelity Life is get t the claim paperwork. I have called and called and have yet to get an answer from them if they have received it! 30 days! This is the last thing you want to have to deal with after a loved one has passed. It is though they put you through telephone hell hoping you will just hang up. Fidelity Life you should be ashamed of yourself!By alan mandigo, August 22, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst customer service !!!! South Carolina customer service center is horrible. !!! All the reps sound like they are the cast of "Deliverance " all they need is a Banjo. !! I cancelled because they never took the money out of my checking account. I called several times over two weeks and never resolved anything with the cast of "Deliverance" . Especially Kelly , her southern accent was so bad that I got frustrated and had to cancel.
