- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★As an order of protection lawyer in Illinois who practices in the counties of Cook, Lake, and DuPage, I can say that the staff at the Cook County domestic violence court is professional and efficient. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Judge Patrice Ball-Reed is the WORSE Judge in Cook County. Judge Patrice Ball- Reed is a Racist, Bias and Prejudice judge that I have ever met and dealt with. Everything in her court is unorthodox and based on “Third Party Here Say”. This Judge has had many complaints by individual and attorneys who was discriminated in her court room. Everything about this judge is a fake and what is written about her; as Judge Patrice Ball-Reed states “stop the hurting”, yet this hypocrite inflects pain and harm to others. Typical Black woman, who can never admit when their made an error or is wrong. You will never get a fair trial in her court room; just a “BITTER BLACK WOMAN”; with that being said, as a law binding citizen and tax payer. Make your own conclusion, because I was a victim of this judge discrimination and bias. WORSE JUDGE IN COOK COUNTY! NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER ACTIONS.By Chris B, December 15, 2016
