- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One of the lady's at the front said my bank statement was a "checking account statement" and not valid. As I asked politely if she could explain the difference to me so I could get the correct statement, she dismissed me and said, "I'm not going to waste my time explaining. Next in line!". After going to the bank and having them print out and stamping my "checking account, bank statement", I went to the other front desk lady and she was quick and helpful despite showing her the same documents. Every one else I encountered was pleasant and quick. Too bad the person I first saw caused me to miss a meeting and have me run around for no reason. The short, tattooed, Latin lady should not be working the front. I witnessed her being very dismissive, unhelpful, and rude to many customers.By Ryan Paulsen, July 31, 2017
