  Terrible customer service. They can't even handle a bank wire properly and then charge you for their own mistake. Very disappointed. after banking with BofA for 16 years. I decided to make the switch to Chase.

  This encountering with BOA is further reason of why I'm switching to Chase. I went to this location to close my account and after patiently waiting for 15 minutes someone came over and said they'd have to give me an appointment because they close at 1. I got to the location shortly after 12:30 (probably 12:33). Yes, I understand the concept of wanting to get out of work, but if you cannot accommodate me then why let me wait 15 minutes before telling me that they could not help me today?!?! This is the only location open near by on Saturdays (most Chases are open on Saturdays, along with being open on Sundays). And when I questioned why I wasn't told sooner, the person claimed I looked like someone who was waiting earlier. Nice try! I saw this person go up to several individuals who came in after me and ask what they needed help with. I also don't appreciate that the person who told me I would have to come back asked several questions in the lobby about my account in front of other people. My finances are my business and should not be discussed in a public area.
