- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Blame rural America. The USPS is required to provide a "universal service at a universal price." If they privatized, or changed to a market-driven service, folks in small towns would pay much higher prices for the wee bit of demand they provide. We city folk would pay less & probably get better service. And then Congress cuts the USPS budget while still requiring 7-day-a-week delivery. So yes, it's a mess, but it's a mess that adequate funding or privatization might solve.By Rod Abid, May 20, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. Should have checked the reviews before I went out of my way to go there. Clerks lack knowledge on their own business. Clerk said they can't track packages which is a lie. I've had post offices track for me before when I've lost packages. Clerk made it a problem that I wanted my pre paid label scanned into my receipt as well after I realized it was not on my receipt. Do not recommend here.
