  I've used this location occasionally for convenience, never again. Rude and unhelpful customer service from clerks that were unprofessional and told me they "would be laughing about this tomorrow". I have been in there when the owner is there and he was always kind, too bad his clerks did him wrong.

  This location is convenient and I really needed to get something sent out for taxes. When I called I was told they'd be open till 7pm. Got here at 5:55pm. Doors locked, lights off, no sign on door stating they'd be back in a few minutes-nothing. Sat in car a while seeing if they returned. They didn't. Hours in window state open until 7pm. Unbelievable.

  For the owner, who would not state his name of this location. I politely, called about another location to find out if it was still opened. You said you could not answer my question. I proceeded to ask you about hours for location and you hung up on me. When I called back to let you know that I needed more information about your location, you rudely told me to "Get on with it because you don't have time for any of this. I asked for a manager, you said you were manager and owner and didn't have time for me or my questions and hung up again. This is not what customer service should be like. You should really rethink how you treat potential customers. You have lost my business, and anyone else's that I come in contact with, including my family and friends. I will be writing a review about how rude you were on the phone.
