  The worst part with this USPS location is that they are untouchable! Literally you can't do anything about what this people are allowed to do and get away with it. I know in advance that when they are about to deliver the package with the required signature they will not deliver it, usually the reason is that they apparently can't access the building!!! All the other packages get delivered but the signature ones no! I had to wait for them outside of the building the next day to try to confront them. They signed the package in stead of me and left the package outside! When you try to call them it is impossible to reach them! This branch and the hired people are the worst employees I've ever seen!

  I've never had more issues with a USPS building. I live only a few blocks away, my packages never come on time, if ever at all. Today I confronted them about a package that's been "Out For Delivery" for the past three days. They ended up returning it to the sender while I never once heard that my package was being held there despite constant tracking. In the past they have also attempted to lie to be about competitors passport process and upcharge me 10% from what legitimate passport agencies quoted me at, meanwhile invalidated the forms I picked up by writing all over them. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful in general. The general atmosphere and staff attitude make me desire being at the DMV rather than here. While it may minorly inconvenience my purchasing, this is the place which has made me decide to stop using USPS for shipping and receiving packages, along with any other services they may provide.

  Excessive lines, rude and curt clerks who speak to you in a condescending manner--as if you are wasting their precious time by asking any USPS related question that apparently the whole world knows the answer to and youre the last one to find out. I understand their job might be frustrating and monotonous, dealing with language barriers and having to explain things sometimes repeatedly, however that is no excuse for the behavior these "customer service" representatives exhibit. I unfortunately find myself frequenting this facility because its relative location in my neighborhood, but beginning to think traveling the extra distance to another USPS would be well worth the aggravation saved. Whats up with what appears to be a member of upper management casually strolling around behind the counter sharing laughs with the clerks while standing before a line of 11 customers who are being served by 2 clerks, as 2 other clerk stations sit vacant and he doesnt jump right in and rise to the occasion? Actually, i think i know whats up with that...this would be a good location to visit with a concealed microphone/camera to capture the unacceptable environment this establishment fosters.

  They're are holding my mails I'm not paying my bills for 2month I have my credit card my roommate has his work permit in hold because the carrier can't have access to our mailbox and put the request to get it fixe about 2month no one cares because isn't for them. I went try to talk manager they made wait 2 hours and tells me manager is out of the building. The staff doesn't care about anyone problem one lady told she can't help that's the worst experience I ever had in my life
