- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible Agent when it comes to details. Seems like there are no licensed professionals that work in her office to assist you. You have to wait on her to call you back IF she decides too. Insurance is a business that you have to trust the person you're working with. I don't trust this agent or state farm. If you're ready to get started quick, go there. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience with this office was disgusting! She is listed on Ripoff Report for the same complaint that I have with her office. Very poor customer service and bad billing policies. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this specific office.
