- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My acct. had been frozen by the City of Chicago, I decided to go to the Citibank in Chicago on 87th and Stony Island, and I met Norrell Sims. Once I explained my situation to Mr. Sims, he knew exactly what to do and who to contact. You can tell he was very knowledgeable about the situation. He contacted the legal department, got some things expedited, and best of all he keep me in the loop with the progress he was making. He did what the Citibank in River Oaks and Tinley Park couldn’t do. I will always recommend this Citibank location to anyone with a real issue. I have always had good experiences with this location.
